Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate imagery approvals by compiling packs for art buyers and aiding content review processes

  • Compile QR codes and URLs for content materials
  • Assist in marketing briefings and attend weekly check-ins
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather precise information for shoots and projects
  • Monitor critical path deadlines during production
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior marketing contacts through regular progress updates
