Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing digital marketing operations and updates across platforms like website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and the GRESB insights blog.
- Contribute to producing Pulse by GRESB audio series by handling recording and editing of audio and video materials.
- Aid in preparing, testing, distributing targeted emails and newsletters, and monitoring associated KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to spot gaps, outdated details, and enhancement opportunities in marketing resources.
- Apply SEO techniques including keyword integration and meta descriptions to boost content visibility online.
- Offer support for website maintenance and updates, encompassing content modifications, basic issue resolution, and quality assurance.
- Provide assistance for marketing initiatives and events to facilitate seamless implementation and positive results.
Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, Administration, Environmental Science/Policy; or in Business Economics, Finance, Engineering, Environmental Studies with strong interest in Sustainability/ESG.
- Strong collaboration abilities with advanced English proficiency (C1 level minimum); additional languages advantageous.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced international setting.
- Proficient in standard tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Bonus experience: Design/editing software (Canva, Descript), WordPress, Salesforce.
- Must have work authorization in Netherlands or valid student visa; no visa sponsorship available.
