Seeking an enthusiastic intern to support account management in a digital marketing agency, gaining practical skills and preparing for a full-time role through hands-on involvement in client operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client accounts by joining calls as a backup, notetaker, and observer
- Maintain organized client documentation, notes, and project files
- Assist with onboarding for new clients and projects
- Proofread internal and client-facing documents for accuracy
- Review automations, websites, and workflows to ensure quality and identify issues
- Create and manage tasks to keep projects on schedule
- Clean up and maintain shared folders, client files, and internal resources
- Assist with lead tracking and quality reviews
- Support basic reporting and performance documentation
- Help maintain internal hubs and system documentation
- Gain exposure to SEO, PPC, web maintenance, graphic design, and other digital marketing areas
- Learn agency tools, workflows, and communication practices
