Seeking an enthusiastic intern to support account management in a digital marketing agency, gaining practical skills and preparing for a full-time role through hands-on involvement in client operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client accounts by joining calls as a backup, notetaker, and observer
  • Maintain organized client documentation, notes, and project files
  • Assist with onboarding for new clients and projects
  • Proofread internal and client-facing documents for accuracy
  • Review automations, websites, and workflows to ensure quality and identify issues
  • Create and manage tasks to keep projects on schedule
  • Clean up and maintain shared folders, client files, and internal resources
  • Assist with lead tracking and quality reviews
  • Support basic reporting and performance documentation
  • Help maintain internal hubs and system documentation
  • Gain exposure to SEO, PPC, web maintenance, graphic design, and other digital marketing areas
  • Learn agency tools, workflows, and communication practices
