Key Responsibilities
- Lead and refine end-to-end marketing and creative operations for high-quality, rapid delivery.
- Establish structured methodologies to maximize team performance.
- Direct multi-channel, international campaign planning and execution, aligning annual and quarterly efforts.
- Manage the central creative studio for on-brand, punctual production, incorporating scalable tools and AI to boost local team capabilities.
- Contribute to revenue expansion by executing key commercial projects, such as B2B Gift Cards.
- Serve as a strategic ally to Product, Finance, and HR teams, facilitating market entries and partnerships.
- Handle operational marketing budgets, vendor expenses, forecasting, and resource optimization with agencies and freelancers.
- Create processes, guidelines, and frameworks to enable business growth and cohesive operations in new markets.
