Key Responsibilities
- Manage POS Leads and Artworking Production Manager while owning the POS workstream
- Ensure effective project management of briefs for timely and high-quality delivery
- Govern and oversee all aspects of delivery in the POS workstream
- Collaborate with clients on planning and forecasting future projects
- Handle operational reporting and data collection within the workstream
- Provide comprehensive oversight of all briefs and support team-level brief management
- Direct print management in the POS team and serve as senior advisor
- Address escalations and lead high-level client communications
- Partner with Operations Director and senior leadership to enhance processes and efficiencies
- Pursue ongoing process improvements to boost operational performance
- Assist team with daily operations to meet deadlines and budgets
- Support POS Lead in recruitment, holiday, and sickness coverage
- Oversee team recruitment as needed
