Seeking part-time Team Leaders to oversee store layout and display projects at major retailers across the Groningen and Drenthe regions, combining supervisory duties with hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate small teams of merchandisers during in-store layout and display projects.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and quality, and adjust plans on site.
• Act as the main contact point between the team and store management.
• Physically participate in emptying, assembling, and restocking shelves per planograms.
• Ensure daily work results are achieved efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Strong motivation to lead teams and take responsibility.
• Good organisational and oversight skills.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to set an example on the floor.
• Physically fit for lifting products and moving store materials.
• Valid driver’s licence (B).
• Living in or near Groningen or Drenthe.
• Minimum availability of three weekdays.
• Prior experience as a team leader, merchandiser or similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
