Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing automation workflows using platforms like n8n and Zapier to optimize lead management and processes.
• Construct and deploy marketing funnels and websites via GoHighLevel or comparable tools.
• Leverage AI for aggregating data from multiple sources to produce reports, derive key insights, and automate routine tasks.
• Manage backend configurations for ad campaigns, including tracking pixels, lead capture forms, and system integrations.
• Perform essential coding tasks or solutions using tools like Cursor when integrations require customization.
• Provide operational assistance, including routine administrative duties and team support.

Qualifications

• Background in tech VA, marketing operations VA, or deliverables VA roles.
• Proficiency in logical problem-solving and eagerness to master AI tools and technical systems.
• Practical expertise with GoHighLevel or similar funnel-building platforms.
• Fundamental knowledge of automation principles such as triggers and actions; familiarity with n8n or Zapier preferred.
