Translate Panorama’s product and market insights into practical GTM resources that equip sales and customer success teams with the knowledge and tools needed to communicate value effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Highspot as the central GTM content platform, handling organization, versioning, and governance to keep all market-facing materials current and accessible.
  • Maintain and organize GTM assets including decks, case studies, talk tracks, one-pagers, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor content usage and engagement data to spot gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Increase awareness and adoption of key assets across sales and customer success by creating targeted communications and tracking utilization.
  • Partner with field leaders to diagnose low adoption and gather feedback for asset refinement.
  • Support delivery of base-level GTM onboarding and help design and facilitate GTM Academy training sessions.
  • Maintain onboarding documentation and materials.
  • Respond to field requests for customized assets, competitive positioning, and messaging support.
  • Attend sales calls and customer conversations to identify real-world objections and selling challenges.
  • Relay market trends and field insights to shape GTM strategy and content priorities.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, Marketing Operations, or related SaaS roles (K-12 experience advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and buyer journey.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Seismic, Highspot, or Salesforce, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience with AI execution.
  • Experience developing or delivering training, onboarding programs, or workshops.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Proven skill in gathering feedback, communicating findings, and driving action.
