Entry-level Merchandiser position supporting Red Bull in the Utrecht area. The role involves ensuring optimal product visibility and availability in supermarkets through shelf management, pricing checks, display creation, and reporting via CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets in the Utrecht region daily to check and maintain Red Bull product visibility and stock levels.
• Replenish empty shelves and ensure no products are missing for customers.
• Verify pricing communication materials are present, accurate, and up to date; correct any discrepancies.
• Create additional selling locations such as secondary shelf positions, checkout displays, and point-of-sale materials.
• Build strong working relationships with store staff to support execution efforts.
• Collect field insights during visits and report findings in the CRM system to keep headquarters informed.
• Maximize product presence through creative visibility initiatives in collaboration with retail partners.

Qualifications

• Driven and development-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent execution.
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills; fluent in Dutch.
• Prior retail or FMCG sector experience; supermarket work experience is a strong advantage.
• Valid category B driver’s license.
• Residency in or around Utrecht, Zeist, Bilthoven, Hilversum, or Maarssen.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region using a company vehicle.
