Provide essential administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring efficient department operations and successful execution of diverse marketing initiatives through organization, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the marketing campaign register and collaborate with the team to facilitate seamless project delivery.
- Process purchase orders via the accounting system and oversee the marketing budget.
- Schedule calendars and meetings, document minutes, and distribute action items.
- Identify and procure suitable events, contacts, printing, and promotional materials while handling routine administrative duties.
- Liaise with external partners such as trade publications and agencies to coordinate activities.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication abilities in both written and verbal forms
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks proactively while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with HubSpot/CRM and project management tools is beneficial
- Prior marketing exposure is desirable but not required
- Eagerness to acquire new skills and software applications
