Seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Contractor for part-time support to the marketing team, focusing on behind-the-scenes tasks for events, webinars, CRM management, and content assistance. This flexible 10-hour-per-week role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle operational duties for marketing events, webinars, CRM tasks, and basic content support
- Research venues and coordinate logistics for in-person events
- Develop target attendee lists and maintain contacts in HubSpot
- Manage sponsor arrangements for conferences
- Create invitations, track RSVPs, order promotional materials, and monitor inventory
- Monitor event budgets against expenditures
- Assist with webinar planning, including speaker coordination, bio collection, landing page creation, and attendee segmentation
- Enrich contacts and update CRM data
- Prepare lists for campaigns and outreach
- Gather quotes and testimonials for internal records
- Draft social media posts from available content
- Produce blog recaps from webinar transcripts
- Select clips and snippets for social media
Qualifications
- Basic proficiency with HubSpot CRM
- Professional experience in an office setting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong written communication
- Ease with spreadsheets, lists, and structured data
- Preferred: Prior support for marketing or sales operations
- Preferred: Knowledge of contact enrichment tools or data platforms
- Preferred: Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar CRMs
