Strategic leader to oversee marketing infrastructure, technology, and operations, ensuring scalable, data-driven processes aligned with revenue goals in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop vision and roadmap for marketing technology ecosystem, including platform evaluation, implementation, and optimization across automation, CRM, attribution, analytics, personalization, data enrichment, and AI solutions.
- Ensure system integrations for accurate tracking, reporting, and lead flow; manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.
- Establish and refine campaign intake, prioritization, and execution processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Optimize email marketing, nurture programs, lifecycle automation, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and deliverability.
- Implement frameworks for campaign deployment, performance measurement, content management governance, site performance, and compliance with privacy regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance website UX, personalization, and conversion rates.
- Generate and communicate data insights to executives for strategic decisions; partner with RevOps on pipeline reporting, funnel analysis, forecasting, lead scoring, and SLAs.
- Own attribution models and dashboards linking marketing to revenue; establish data governance and integrity standards.
- Build, mentor, and lead Marketing Operations team, promoting experimentation, accountability, and improvement.
- Drive AI initiatives for productivity, personalization, analytics, and campaigns; translate experiments into scalable processes with governance and impact; establish responsible AI practices and enablement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing operations, technology, revenue operations, or related areas.
- 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Preferred experience in education technology industry.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence skills.
- Strong analytical mindset for translating data into executive insights.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, HockeyStack, Salesforce, Qualified, Gong) and CMS/website platforms.
- Strong knowledge of B2B demand generation, revenue funnels, and pipeline analytics.
- Proven RevOps partnerships for pipeline reporting, attribution, and forecasting.
- Experience in experimentation and conversion rate optimization programs.
- Management of significant martech budgets and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership in AI-enabled transformations and cross-functional change management.
