Lead the global marketing strategy for an enterprise IT infrastructure provider, aligning demand generation, brand positioning, and revenue initiatives with business growth objectives while managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Lead and mentor marketing team across demand generation, content, product marketing, branding, and events
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership on go-to-market alignment
- Own demand generation through digital campaigns, ABM, email, events, webinars, and partner marketing
- Drive qualified pipeline and revenue with data-driven planning and optimization
- Manage marketing funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and ROI
- Strengthen brand positioning and messaging in AI, HPC, and enterprise infrastructure markets
- Oversee product marketing initiatives including value propositions, competitive positioning, and sales enablement
- Guide content strategy and oversee website, SEO/SEM, automation, and analytics
- Lead industry events, trade shows, and budget/vendor management
- Track performance via marketing analytics and implement scalable processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in IT industry with at least 2+ years in leadership
- Proven success driving demand generation and pipeline in enterprise or technology markets
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and technology business needs
- Excellent written/verbal communication and content creation skills
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in planning and budgeting
