Twin Lakes is looking for an accomplished Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, foster team development, and propel growth through all channels. This key leadership position involves crafting strategies, ensuring disciplined execution, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline while prioritizing customer satisfaction and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team by establishing clear expectations, offering continuous coaching, and enforcing accountability for prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue goals
- Track sales metrics and pipeline progress to promote steady execution and ongoing enhancements
- Guarantee precise and uniform application of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Support the progression and closure of key sales opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to facilitate smooth sales processes and superior customer experiences
- Handle recruitment, training, and onboarding of sales personnel alongside executive leadership
- Act as Twin Lakes’ representative in community settings and sales events
Qualifications
- Strong leadership abilities, sound decision-making, and proficiency in motivating and building top-tier sales teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent education and sales leadership experience accepted
- At least five years of professional sales experience, with a minimum of three years in sales leadership or management
- Background in telecommunications, technology, or similar sectors desirable, along with knowledge of CRM systems
