Resource Innovations is hiring a Marketing Lead based in Chicago to manage day-to-day planning and execution of integrated marketing programs for utility clients and clean-energy initiatives. The role combines client management and project oversight to deliver campaigns that align with strategic objectives and produce measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary marketing contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and understanding program and audience goals.
  • Lead planning, coordination, and on-time delivery of integrated campaigns spanning email, paid media, digital marketing, events, website projects, and collateral.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and workflows across concurrent initiatives using a project management system.
  • Partner with internal teams to define scope, allocate resources, and manage deliverables aligned to client objectives.
  • Lead status meetings, present updates and performance insights, and identify optimization opportunities based on data and KPIs.
  • Coordinate across Account Management, Creative, Web Operations, and external partners while maintaining visibility into budgets, timelines, and quality.
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows and contribute to a collaborative, accountable team culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong client and account management capabilities paired with exceptional project management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop strategic recommendations, marketing plans, and presentations.
  • Experience monitoring progress, identifying risks, and driving successful project delivery.

  • Base salary range of $70,000-$111,000 plus eligibility for discretionary annual bonus.
