Key Responsibilities
- Drive member expansion via communications, engagement efforts, performance marketing, partnerships, and ongoing testing to boost membership and service revenues profitably.
- Manage the full member journey through CRM, optimizing interactions from initial contact to sustained loyalty to enhance conversions, retention, and experiences.
- Direct brand and content strategies across platforms to maintain a unified, superior, and distinctive image that supports the luxury brand identity.
- Integrate CRM, content, performance marketing, and PR into a unified framework, providing hands-on involvement as required.
- Transform marketing approaches by introducing innovative tools, processes, and strategic AI applications to elevate performance.
Qualifications
- 6–10+ years in marketing, preferably in travel, luxury, lifestyle, or subscription models, with experience in startups or scaling companies.
- Thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrating proactivity and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Blends high-level strategy with hands-on implementation, attuned to preferences of upscale, global audiences.
