Fractional marketing leader responsible for scaling a premium wellness brand with multiple London locations and upcoming expansions, delivering measurable commercial growth across multiple metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full marketing function with hands-on leadership and direct execution
- Drive new customer acquisition through paid, organic, social and PR channels
- Convert first-time visitors into regular customers using segmentation, email and automation
- Develop and execute launch strategies for new physical locations
- Manage commercial performance metrics including CAC, LTV and ROAS
- Improve footfall and booking conversion rates across all sites
- Direct creative output and manage a freelance marketing team
- Maintain visible presence across office and brand sites to understand customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum five years in a senior marketing leadership role
- Experience in wellness, beauty, fitness or premium consumer sector
- Track record scaling experience-led brands across multiple physical locations
- Proven ability to drive footfall, booking conversion and growth in CAC, LTV and ROAS
- Comfortable managing performance channels and holding freelance teams to account
- Strong analytical skills to interpret dashboards and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Experience working through or alongside a funding round preferred
