Oversee the complete marketing operations at Fasanara as a key strategic leader, designing and implementing initiatives that enhance market positioning, content creation, digital engagement, and communications tailored to institutional investors in the Fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the company’s marketing strategy, including unified positioning, messaging, and brand consistency across various channels and target groups.
- Craft and refine the organizational story, highlighting unique strengths in Fintech lending, private credit, and venture investments to appeal to institutional and private wealth clients.
- Formulate yearly marketing initiatives synchronized with fundraising timelines, product introductions, and expansion goals; serve as the primary protector of brand integrity in all communications.
- Direct the full content lifecycle, from concept development to creation and dissemination in diverse formats such as research papers, market analyses, investor updates, presentations, website content, and social posts.
- Produce and refine premium investment materials solo or in partnership with experts, converting intricate financial concepts into engaging stories while upholding accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance.
- Sustain a steady flow of expert insights to establish Fasanara as an authority in Fintech lending and digital assets.
- Manage and optimize the online presence via the website, LinkedIn, and similar channels; devise targeted approaches to boost interaction and visibility among investor audiences.
- Handle email campaigns, data analysis, and reporting to refine efforts based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with investor relations and development teams to create tailored RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, decks, and presentations; update resource libraries, templates, and secure data areas for reliability and ease of use.
- Oversee production of investor updates, including periodic reports and fund notifications.
- Leverage AI technologies like language models and visual generators to create content, derive insights, streamline processes, and expand marketing capabilities; integrate AI into core operations for enhanced innovation, pace, and volume.
- Develop AI-driven systems for content, visuals, outreach, and evaluation; promote advanced tools and integrations to elevate operational standards.
- Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and introduce novel concepts.
- Organize involvement in sector events, online seminars, and custom gatherings, handling planning, resources, and post-event outreach; assist with publicity efforts including announcements, media contacts, and recognition applications.
