Strategic leadership role for an experienced marketing executive to own and execute comprehensive marketing strategies driving pipeline growth, revenue, and brand value in a scaling FX and international payments firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth goals
- Drive measurable pipeline, revenue impact and ROI across all marketing activity
- Lead market positioning, value proposition and messaging to support conversion and retention
- Align closely with sales and partnerships to improve lead quality, conversion and referral growth
- Own partnership and introducer led marketing to increase high quality inbound opportunities
- Lead the external brand, digital presence and sales collateral with a strong commercial focus
- Ensure all marketing activity is compliant with FCA standards and internal governance
- Manage the marketing budget, priorities, reporting and performance framework
- Lead and develop the marketing function, including internal resource and external agencies
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B services marketing, operating at senior management level or head of function level
- Proven success delivering revenue driven marketing strategies
- Experience working in a regulated or highly governed environment
- Confidence owning budgets, ROI and resource management
- Desirable: Experience within financial services, FX, payments or professional services
- Desirable: Experience supporting partnership or introducer-led models
- Desirable: Experience leading or mentoring junior marketers
