Strategic leadership role for an experienced marketing executive to own and execute comprehensive marketing strategies driving pipeline growth, revenue, and brand value in a scaling FX and international payments firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth goals
  • Drive measurable pipeline, revenue impact and ROI across all marketing activity
  • Lead market positioning, value proposition and messaging to support conversion and retention
  • Align closely with sales and partnerships to improve lead quality, conversion and referral growth
  • Own partnership and introducer led marketing to increase high quality inbound opportunities
  • Lead the external brand, digital presence and sales collateral with a strong commercial focus
  • Ensure all marketing activity is compliant with FCA standards and internal governance
  • Manage the marketing budget, priorities, reporting and performance framework
  • Lead and develop the marketing function, including internal resource and external agencies

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B services marketing, operating at senior management level or head of function level
  • Proven success delivering revenue driven marketing strategies
  • Experience working in a regulated or highly governed environment
  • Confidence owning budgets, ROI and resource management
  • Desirable: Experience within financial services, FX, payments or professional services
  • Desirable: Experience supporting partnership or introducer-led models
  • Desirable: Experience leading or mentoring junior marketers
