Lead marketing for a sovereign Australian cybersecurity provider, owning positioning, demand generation, sales enablement and brand presence to support growth in Government, Corporate and Enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refine messaging and positioning for Government, Corporate and Enterprise audiences
  • Design and run demand-generation programs that contribute directly to qualified pipeline
  • Lead account-based marketing initiatives in collaboration with Sales on named accounts
  • Equip Sales and Pre-sales with collateral, references and competitive responses
  • Direct events and campaign execution with existing team members
  • Protect and strengthen the Triskele brand as a credible, sovereign cybersecurity provider
  • Drive internal adoption of AI tools across Marketing, Sales, Pre-sales and Service Delivery with templates and brand controls
  • Lead, coach and develop the marketing team and contribute to overall business strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team

Qualifications

  • Senior B2B marketing leadership experience in technology, professional services or regulated sectors
  • Proven results in segment strategy, demand generation, account-based marketing and sales enablement within complex sales environments
  • Demonstrated commercial accountability for pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Experience leading and developing marketing teams that include campaign and events specialists
  • Hands-on use of AI tools in marketing operations and plans to extend these capabilities to other teams
  • Strong commercial orientation, writing skills and executive presence
