Lead global marketing strategy and operations for an enterprise AI data and services company, driving brand positioning, demand generation, and revenue growth across key segments and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with growth and revenue objectives while strengthening brand positioning as a trusted AI partner.
  • Develop differentiated messaging, positioning, and category narratives to communicate unique value in the AI ecosystem.
  • Elevate executive thought leadership through strategic communications, media engagement, industry events, and content initiatives.
  • Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth via digital, account-based, events, partnerships, and content channels.
  • Establish attribution models, forecasting, and performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI and align with sales objectives.
  • Lead product marketing strategy, value propositions, and go-to-market execution across the solutions portfolio in partnership with Product leadership.
  • Develop and scale partner marketing programs and co-marketing initiatives with technology partners, system integrators, and strategic alliances.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global marketing organization, establishing operating rhythms and fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on market opportunities, competitive positioning, and growth strategy while presenting to the Board as needed.
  • Establish scalable marketing operations, tools, reporting frameworks, and KPIs tied to brand awareness, pipeline, conversion, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility for global marketing organizations.
  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue impact in high-growth technology, SaaS, AI, data, or enterprise software companies.
  • Deep expertise across demand generation, product marketing, brand strategy, communications, and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience supporting partnership, ecosystem, or channel-led growth models.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data infrastructure, or emerging technology markets.
  • Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, customers, partners, and Board-level audiences.
  • Willingness to travel globally as needed.
