The Vice President of Marketing will spearhead Boldr’s market positioning as a innovative CX solutions provider, construct a high-performing global marketing team, and develop scalable strategies to generate revenue pipelines and foster ecosystem partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and refine Boldr’s market category and narrative to position it as a forward-thinking CX partner blending AI and human elements
  • Craft and implement go-to-market strategies that convert positioning into consistent lead generation and sales acceleration
  • Cultivate presence in CX ecosystems, SaaS, and eCommerce through strategic partnerships and high-value interactions that yield pipeline opportunities
  • Develop campaigns and thought leadership content highlighting expertise in CX, AI-driven services, and contemporary outsourcing to support demand creation
  • Integrate with revenue operations to deploy HubSpot for tracking marketing influence on pipeline and revenue, while establishing efficient planning and measurement processes
  • Collaborate across functions like sales, customer success, talent acquisition, and product teams to align market narratives with business objectives
  • Recruit, structure, and mentor a global marketing team emphasizing accountability, agility, and excellence to scale operations effectively

Qualifications

  • Possess strategic insight into market categories, positioning, and narratives with a focus on evolving CX models involving AI and human delivery
  • Exhibit ability to bridge high-level strategy with practical execution, building functions from the ground up and driving pipeline results
  • Demonstrate sound decision-making in branding, messaging, and market representation, especially in trust-based, complex sales contexts
  • Thrive in ambiguous settings, communicating persuasively at executive levels with a sense of urgency and ownership
  • Hold 10-15+ years in marketing, including senior roles with proven category repositioning, pipeline impact, and revenue contributions
  • Bring experience in consulting, services, or solution sales, preferably in CX or outsourcing, plus building teams and aligning with sales/revops
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, and leveraging partnerships/ecosystems for GTM success
