Key Responsibilities
- Own marketing strategy and execution across the multi-product portfolio.
- Assess and build the marketing organization by setting performance standards and establishing a high-performing team.
- Implement lead scoring, attribution, and source-level CAC reporting to make pipeline performance transparent.
- Grow inbound demand and optimize channel budgets based on clear ROI.
- Unify brand messaging into a single platform story.
- Develop category narrative, content, community initiatives, and events that position the company as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Proven track record leading B2B SaaS marketing and transforming an inherited mixed team into a high-performing unit.
- Strong brand and category instincts combined with deep command of demand generation metrics including SQLs, conversion, and CAC.
- Fluent in HubSpot with the ability to independently pull and interpret funnel reports.
- Experience coaching team members and making decisive personnel decisions.
- Background in fast-scaling, high-volume B2B SaaS environments.
