Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and synchronize various marketing groups such as digital, product, analytics, communications, design, and events to ensure seamless interdepartmental and cross-business collaboration, managing internal staff and external collaborators.
  • Formulate and execute an overarching marketing plan, specifying target audiences, brand positioning, primary customer acquisition pathways, and launch tactics for innovative offerings.
  • Spearhead digital and performance initiatives by enhancing outcomes in online platforms, refining traffic sourcing, conversion processes, and customer retention, with emphasis on affiliate, traffic, and acquisition methods.
  • Track and elevate core performance indicators including ROI, LTV, and conversion percentages; assess user pathways to uncover expansion potentials; and foster decisions based on data insights.
  • Oversee marketing finances by budgeting, distributing funds across channels according to results, and refining expenditure for optimal efficiency.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in iGaming or deep industry knowledge
  • Proven expertise in digital and performance marketing
  • Prior leadership or team oversight experience
  • Grasp of B2B operational frameworks
  • Proficiency in data handling, analytics, and metrics like ROI, LTV, and conversion
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above)
