Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and ensure accountability for the marketing team’s performance, priorities, and execution in all functions.
  • Own the company’s brand, messaging, and positioning through market research, competitive analysis, personas, and product marketing strategy.
  • Oversee demand generation via paid advertising, organic social media, email marketing, and website conversion optimization.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with VP of Client Growth to manage marketing technology stack and CRM strategy, aligning Marketing, Sales, and Client Success.
  • Direct content strategy encompassing thought leadership, case studies, website content, and sales enablement materials.
  • Drive account-based and lifecycle marketing to enhance upsell, cross-sell, and customer engagement.
  • Handle external communications with prospects and clients, including conferences, trade shows, events, speaking engagements, and brand ambassador duties.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with advancement to leadership and strategic roles.
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills to guide, manage, and enforce accountability.
  • Hands-on or oversight experience in diverse marketing areas like branding, paid media, organic social, and website strategy.
  • Robust strategic mindset and go-to-market expertise for product launches and measurable growth.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, contributing to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or related field.
  • Preferred: B2B SaaS or tech company experience in growth settings.
  • Preferred: Scaling marketing in startups or high-growth phases.
  • Preferred: Ownership or optimization of CRM and marketing automation.
