Strategic marketing executive tasked with directing RentVision’s comprehensive marketing efforts, enhancing brand presence, and fostering business expansion for both new and current clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and ensure accountability for the marketing team’s performance, priorities, and execution in all functions.
- Own the company’s brand, messaging, and positioning through market research, competitive analysis, personas, and product marketing strategy.
- Oversee demand generation via paid advertising, organic social media, email marketing, and website conversion optimization.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and key initiatives.
- Collaborate with VP of Client Growth to manage marketing technology stack and CRM strategy, aligning Marketing, Sales, and Client Success.
- Direct content strategy encompassing thought leadership, case studies, website content, and sales enablement materials.
- Drive account-based and lifecycle marketing to enhance upsell, cross-sell, and customer engagement.
- Handle external communications with prospects and clients, including conferences, trade shows, events, speaking engagements, and brand ambassador duties.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with advancement to leadership and strategic roles.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills to guide, manage, and enforce accountability.
- Hands-on or oversight experience in diverse marketing areas like branding, paid media, organic social, and website strategy.
- Robust strategic mindset and go-to-market expertise for product launches and measurable growth.
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, contributing to pipeline and revenue goals.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or related field.
