Lead demand generation, marketing operations, PR, events, and partner marketing for a global UCaaS and communications technology company to elevate brand presence and drive pipeline growth across SMB and mid-market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute integrated growth marketing programs spanning paid media, email, lifecycle, content, SEO, site optimization, and automation to generate qualified leads and revenue.
  • Develop and implement partner-led acquisition strategies while supporting retention, expansion, and upsell initiatives through collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Oversee marketing technology, lead routing, campaign execution, attribution, and performance measurement; define full-funnel KPIs and partner with Revenue Operations and Data teams.
  • Direct public relations, media outreach, analyst relations, thought leadership, and corporate communications to strengthen market presence and brand credibility.
  • Manage strategy, planning, execution, and measurement for corporate events, trade shows, webinars, partner conferences, and customer programs while controlling budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, Design, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to align go-to-market execution.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing internal marketing team, manage external agencies, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 6–11+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with at least 3–5 years leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation, digital marketing, website optimization, marketing operations, lead management, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud communications, UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, MSP, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of channel and partner marketing models including VARs, MSPs, distributors, master agents, and reseller ecosystems; experience with co-branded campaigns, MDF, and partner enablement.
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Figma, Jira, and other marketing automation, CRM, and project-management platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets with a focus on ROI, attribution, and performance measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills using funnel metrics and campaign data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging executives, customers, partners, analysts, and media.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, agile environments with a customer- and partner-first mindset.
