Lead marketing strategy, execution, and P&L for a fast-growing DTC health and wellness holding company as it evolves from founder-led to multi-brand operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own portfolio-wide marketing strategy, annual and quarterly plans, budget allocation, brand direction, and full marketing P&L
- Steer performance marketing function with five channel leads across Meta, Google, Native, AppLovin, and TikTok; set CAC/LTV targets and channel diversification strategy
- Oversee creative production engine generating 400+ videos and 250+ images weekly; hold Creative Manager accountable for throughput, win rate, and quality
- Direct brand, lifecycle, retention, membership, content, and PR programs that convert first-time buyers into long-term members
- Build and develop the next layer of marketing leadership; own hiring, performance management, and org design across performance, creative, and brand tracks
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, CX, RevOps, Supply Chain, Finance, Tech, and People teams; join executive leadership team
- Collaborate closely with founders during a 3–6 month trust-building transition before assuming full operational autonomy
- Execute marketing-side delivery for new brand launches as the company expands its health and wellness portfolio over the next 4–8 quarters
Qualifications
- 7+ years DTC marketing leadership with at least 3 years as CMO, VP, or Head of Marketing at a DTC business generating $30M+ annual revenue, preferably in health, wellness, supplements, or regulated consumer categories
- Proven accountability for revenue targets, paid-acquisition scaling, CAC and LTV economics, and performance-first marketing operations
- Hands-on experience owning a high-velocity creative production function with established briefing, QC, and win-rate processes
- Track record hiring, developing, and managing senior leaders across performance, creative, and brand disciplines
- Prior experience partnering with founders or executive sponsors in high-growth environments while maintaining operational ownership
- Expert fluency in DTC metrics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback, retention curves, channel attribution, and brand health
- Strong executive communication, clear writing, and ability to brief leadership and cross-functional stakeholders precisely
