Lead the establishment and implementation of Zipliens’ marketing strategy as the initial dedicated marketing executive, fostering client relationships, promoting business expansion, and enhancing market visibility via collaborative and proactive efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate company priorities into defined marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs
  • Identify enhancements for client and prospect interactions and propose practical solutions
  • Function as a direct executor across diverse marketing channels
  • Collaborate with Client Success to boost engagement, adoption, and retention
  • Facilitate communications for product releases, portal improvements, and service upgrades
  • Assist Business Development in pipeline creation via content, campaigns, and sales resources
  • Manage complete marketing for industry conferences and field events
  • Develop pre- and post-event campaigns to optimize engagement and return on investment
  • Handle event logistics including merchandise, materials, and vendor management
  • Ensure uniform brand voice, messaging, and positioning in all client and internal assets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical background
  • At least 8 years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or professional services
  • Prior role as primary or sole marketing lead, or in a minimal team during company expansion
  • Skill in autonomously setting priorities, creating plans, and delivering results with minimal oversight
  • Proven collaboration with interdisciplinary groups to achieve growth objectives
  • History of managing campaigns linked to client interaction, lead generation, or revenue growth
  • Direct involvement in full-cycle support for conferences, events, or field marketing
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Excellent written communication for client or external content
  • Capacity to work independently and impose order in uncertain settings
