Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full marketing engine including brand strategy, demand generation, and revenue impact
  • Define go-to-market narrative and build scalable content and creative operations
  • Lead multi-channel growth across paid media, SEO, AEO, and lifecycle marketing
  • Partner with executive leadership and sales to align marketing with revenue goals
  • Establish KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
  • Build and scale high-performing teams across demand gen, content, creative, and analytics
  • Drive analytics, attribution models, and a culture of experimentation
  • Elevate brand through thought leadership and PR while championing AI and automation

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, including executive-level roles
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering pipeline and revenue growth
  • Deep expertise across paid, SEO, and content-led growth
  • Strong experience building and leading creative and content teams
  • Hands-on builder and operator comfortable with both strategy and execution
  • Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Highly analytical with deep understanding of attribution and performance metrics
  • B2B experience preferred, especially in services or solution-selling environments
