Strategic executive leader responsible for end-to-end marketing strategy, brand positioning, and revenue-generating demand generation at a global BPO and virtual staffing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full marketing engine including brand strategy, demand generation, and revenue impact
- Define go-to-market narrative and build scalable content and creative operations
- Lead multi-channel growth across paid media, SEO, AEO, and lifecycle marketing
- Partner with executive leadership and sales to align marketing with revenue goals
- Establish KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
- Build and scale high-performing teams across demand gen, content, creative, and analytics
- Drive analytics, attribution models, and a culture of experimentation
- Elevate brand through thought leadership and PR while championing AI and automation
Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, including executive-level roles
- Proven track record of owning and delivering pipeline and revenue growth
- Deep expertise across paid, SEO, and content-led growth
- Strong experience building and leading creative and content teams
- Hands-on builder and operator comfortable with both strategy and execution
- Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills
- Highly analytical with deep understanding of attribution and performance metrics
- B2B experience preferred, especially in services or solution-selling environments
