Develop and drive omni-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals for a major retail operation, leading teams, budget oversight, and cross-functional execution across physical and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute comprehensive omni-channel marketing plans supporting CP Axtra’s commercial objectives.
- Oversee marketing budget for staffing, resources, and capital expenditures, including creation of sales collateral and tools.
- Lead digital and traditional marketing initiatives across multiple retail formats to deliver business targets.
- Coordinate advertising, public relations, and special events as part of the full marketing and communications strategy.
- Build relationships with internal commercial teams, field operations, agencies, media, community stakeholders, and tenants.
- Plan, implement, and supervise the marketing function and its team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
- 15+ years retail marketing experience in both e-commerce and physical stores
- Background in supply chain, retail, and food sectors
- Content creation, SEO, and PPC experience with certifications preferred
- Prior agency and client-management experience
- Strong interpersonal, planning, analytical, and hands-on execution abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication, creative, and organizational skills; financially focused decision-making
- Proven leadership and multi-project management capability
- In-depth market research expertise and current knowledge of online/offline marketing channels including email, display, search, webinars, and collateral
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends) and Google AdWords
- Customer-centric approach and strong presentation skills
