Architect of the demand generation engine for an enterprise B2B2C fintech, tasked with translating product innovations into world-class GTM campaigns that deliver qualified pipeline for AI-driven categorisation, decisioning and payments solutions sold to banks, pensions and wealth platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a 12-month demand generation and GTM plan aligned to revenue targets and the product roadmap.
  • Lead a lean internal team of three plus specialist agencies to generate an additional £2.2m+ qualified pipeline each month.
  • Launch AI-first product features with integrated marketing support across core ICPs (Banking, Pensions, Wealth).
  • Build and maintain strong alignment with Product, PreSales, Sales and executive stakeholders on ICP priorities and OKRs.
  • Deliver sprint-based campaigns and continuous optimisation of top-of-funnel activity, MQL-to-SQL velocity and brand share of voice.

Qualifications

  • B2B fintech marketing experience scaling an enterprise business from £10m to £20m ARR.
  • Proven ABM practitioner targeting multiple stakeholders and enterprise personas within financial services.
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise with a data-obsessed approach to testing, iteration and ROI tracking.
  • Strong communicator able to translate complex AI-driven products into simple, value-focused messaging.
  • Player-manager comfortable leading both internal specialists and external agencies while remaining hands-on.
  • Adaptable marketer experienced in the shift from SEO to answer-engine optimisation in an AI-driven landscape.
  • Ambitious leader aiming for the CMO seat and international expansion.
