Apex seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to execute strategic marketing initiatives across influencer partnerships, email campaigns, and promotional content, fostering community engagement and driving conversions for high-performance automotive products in a remote U.S.-based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans and oversee execution across campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Collaborate with sales, eCommerce, and audience growth teams to align efforts and support revenue goals.
- Manage the influencer and partnership program, including partner selection, relationships, and performance tracking.
- Develop and optimize email marketing strategies to enhance lifecycle engagement and promotional results.
- Write and review promotional copy to maintain brand voice and technical accuracy.
- Lead cross-functional coordination, build scalable processes, and implement automation for efficiency.
- Provide team guidance, establish quality standards, and contribute to departmental stability during transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in marketing execution roles focusing on email, influencer programs, or copywriting.
- 3+ years owning email marketing, including optimization and lifecycle strategies.
- 3+ years managing influencer, partnership, or affiliate programs with contracts and tracking.
- 3+ years in copywriting or oversight across formats, ensuring brand consistency.
- 3+ years managing teams and working in ambiguous, changing environments.
- Cross-functional experience with creative, product, or sales teams.
- Proficiency in MailChimp, Klaviyo, GA4, Sprout Social; Figma preferred.
