Oversee the complete influencer marketing channel at Blueprint, a health-focused company, by developing and expanding both paid and organic programs, managing partnerships, and aligning efforts with brand growth objectives for optimal ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee the paid influencer initiative, covering sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracts, content delivery, usage rights, and performance assessment.
  • Select collaborators whose followers match Blueprint’s goals, effectiveness, and image, producing versatile content for organic and paid channels.
  • Lead the organic influencer strategy, including tier selection, targeted seeding, gifting, ambassador engagements, and promotional mailers.
  • Create content strategies for Blueprint’s organic appearances and cultivate a dedicated network of brand-savvy partners beyond one-off deals.
  • Work closely with the Paid Media team to deploy creator materials via whitelisting, dark posts, and boosted promotions.
  • Analyze paid channel performance and convert findings into practical creative and talent guidelines.
  • Formulate the quarterly influencer plan, syncing with campaigns, product releases, and brand events.
  • Control budgeting for paid collaborations, usage rights, and organic efforts, ensuring full responsibility for return on investment.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for paid and organic activities, such as reach, engagement, earned media value, conversions, content standards, and amplification returns, delivering clear reports to teams and executives.
  • Coordinate with Content and Creative groups to synchronize messaging, formats, and narratives, making influencer deliverables brand-consistent and adaptable across platforms.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the operational framework and support team for program expansion, including outreach processes, contract standards, gifting operations, reporting schedules, and partnership monitoring systems.
  • Handle relationships with agencies and platforms as needed, and evaluate and choose vendors for influencer management and tracking tools.

Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years in influencer marketing within health, wellness, longevity, consumer packaged goods, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven expertise in launching and operating large-scale paid partnerships and organic seeding efforts.
  • Solid understanding of paid social and creator promotion techniques, including whitelisting, dark posting, usage rights, boosting, and blending paid with organic elements.
  • Advanced skills in negotiations and contract oversight for creator and agency deals, encompassing multi-platform and usage rights terms, plus seamless transfers to Paid Media for varied creative assets and promotion.
  • Strong analytical and financial management abilities, including budget oversight with accountability, balancing partnership levels, justifying spending decisions, and supporting them with evidence.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to juggle numerous partnerships and campaigns while upholding high execution standards.
  • Preferred: Background in developing and growing direct-to-consumer or e-commerce influencer initiatives, especially at supplement, health, or wellness companies.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of FTC disclosure rules and compliance for health/wellness influencer materials.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with influencer platforms like AspireIQ, Grin, or equivalents.
  • Preferred: Cross-functional collaboration experience with Creative, Affiliate, and User-Generated Content teams.

  • Salary range of $150,000 to $180,000 annually, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
