Lead the development and execution of organic social and influencer marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, trial, and brand affinity. Partner with Brand, PR, Partnerships, and Paid Media teams while managing agency relationships to deliver culturally relevant content and creator programs aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and secondary platforms; translate integrated plans into channel-specific strategies and KPIs.
- Develop and execute TikTok Shop strategy in partnership with external partners.
- Test and evolve channel approaches with data-informed recommendations on new formats and platform capabilities.
- Lead influencer marketing strategy, building a pipeline of nano-to-celebrity creators and managing long-term partnerships.
- Oversee influencer campaigns from briefing through execution, handling negotiations, contracting, usage rights, and product seeding programs.
- Define influencer KPIs, deliver performance reporting, optimize spend against ROI, and manage marketing budgets.
- Track social channel performance, lead monthly/quarterly readouts, and partner with paid media to amplify high-performing content.
- Oversee community engagement and social listening in partnership with the social agency; monitor agency performance against scope and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 6–9 years of social media and influencer marketing experience (agency or in-house); CPG experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success developing and executing social and influencer strategies that drive engagement and measurable results.
- Strong fluency in social KPIs, performance analysis, and translating data into actionable optimizations.
- Experience leading agency and external partner relationships.
- Ability to translate complex health, wellness, and sustainability topics into clear, compelling social content with strong creative and storytelling skills.
- Experience navigating brand voice, science, and regulatory requirements within wellness or functional health categories.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Brand, PR, and Partnerships teams.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong judgment.
- Working knowledge of paid social and how organic content integrates with broader media efforts.
