Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global influencer roadmap, including strategic partnerships, product seeding, and campaign cycles to influence the customer journey.
  • Handle influencer identification, briefing, contracting, and performance management across micro to macro tiers, ensuring relevance, authenticity, and brand safety.
  • Collaborate with global agencies on sourcing, contracting, coordination, and content review.
  • Utilize influencer tools for analytics, developing data-driven strategies to optimize ROI and discover new talent.
  • Direct the global organic seeding program to distribute products to key creators and foster genuine relationships.
  • Serve as primary contact for creators, managing relationships with partners, PR agencies, and talent managers.
  • Oversee paid partnerships, including contract negotiations, deliverables, usage rights, and timely payments.
  • Respond to internal briefs, creating and presenting influencer marketing strategies for product launches.
  • Develop detailed briefs for paid partners and agencies, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and deadlines.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of influencer initiatives, maintaining regulatory compliance, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with marketing teams to integrate influencer content into brand materials for education and credibility.
  • Work with events team to deliver flawless experiences, manage influencer attendance, and maximize organic content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, social, brand, product, creative, and paid media teams to align activities with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team, promoting collaboration and innovation for successful campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or community management in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Expertise in managing creator partnerships, negotiations, briefings, content approval, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong storytelling and content development abilities to guide creators and agency partners.
  • Analytical skills to interpret social analytics using tools like Traackr and Tribe, establish KPIs, and build measurement frameworks.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with ability to excel in fast-paced, ambitious settings.
  • Deep knowledge of creator economy, platform dynamics, and best practices on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple stakeholders in dynamic environments.
