Experienced Influencer Marketing Manager sought to drive partnerships and scale influencer strategies for Ackerherz, Germany’s rapidly expanding online organic supermarket, in a hybrid Berlin-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies including trend identification, platform analysis, target audience insights, and creative campaign concepts with influencer briefings.
  • Conduct research, select and contact suitable influencers, build and maintain long-term relationships, handle contract negotiations, and coordinate collaborations.
  • Plan, manage, and execute influencer campaigns while continuously improving processes.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance through success metrics and reporting.
  • Oversee budget planning, management, control, offer reviews, and invoice verification for influencer marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with the French influencer team, procurement, and social media departments.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Strong data affinity with understanding of KPIs, ability to draw clear conclusions, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Autonomous working style.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for startup environments.
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1).
