Temporary position leading strategic influencer initiatives in the Talent department, with a focus on executing high-impact sports-related campaigns for entertainment and brands to boost visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign execution to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and surpassing client objectives
  • Handle influencer identification, evaluation, agreement preparation and negotiation, and final compensation processing
  • Develop comprehensive timelines, deliverables, creative guidelines, and related documentation for production stages
  • Collaborate with influencers on content creation and coordinate efficient client reviews
  • Track campaign advancement and results during active periods, while preparing post-campaign summaries including analysis and case studies
  • Keep abreast of digital trends and evolving influencer ecosystems to guide selections and concepts

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in advanced English (C1+ or C2 level)
  • At least two years in influencer or partnership marketing in entertainment, retail/consumer brands, or gaming sectors
  • In-depth understanding of current and upcoming social media platforms
  • Innovative mindset for devising distinctive activations across various brand types
  • Skilled in identifying and suggesting diverse, pertinent influencers for initiatives
  • Competence in preparing agreements and discussing fees and terms with influencers and their representatives
  • Dependable, autonomous worker capable of handling multiple tasks and setting priorities
  • Meticulous approach in high-pressure settings
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
