The Creators Lead owns creator strategy across all clients and campaigns, shaping briefs, sourcing talent through cultural insight, and managing end-to-end delivery from brief through post-campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creator strategy from brief development through execution and reporting across multiple client campaigns
- Source and match talent based on audience fit, values alignment, cultural credibility, and brief requirements
- Conduct due diligence on brand safety, audience authenticity, past partnerships, and values compatibility
- Brief and manage creators throughout campaigns while maintaining long-term relationships
- Ensure creator content integrates with wider campaign planning rather than operating in isolation
- Maintain active knowledge of creator culture trends, platforms, and emerging voices
- Contribute creator input to new business pitches
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a creator or talent role, ideally within an agency environment across diverse brand categories
- Genuine engagement with creator platforms including TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, Substack, and online communities beyond follower metrics
- Strong judgment in pairing talent to briefs in a way that feels authentic and contextually appropriate
- Existing relationships with talent management, MCNs, and agencies, or the ability to develop them rapidly
- Commercial understanding of fees, negotiations, and margin protection while preserving relationships
- Confidence to present and defend recommendations in client discussions
