Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creator strategy from brief development through execution and reporting across multiple client campaigns
  • Source and match talent based on audience fit, values alignment, cultural credibility, and brief requirements
  • Conduct due diligence on brand safety, audience authenticity, past partnerships, and values compatibility
  • Brief and manage creators throughout campaigns while maintaining long-term relationships
  • Ensure creator content integrates with wider campaign planning rather than operating in isolation
  • Maintain active knowledge of creator culture trends, platforms, and emerging voices
  • Contribute creator input to new business pitches

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a creator or talent role, ideally within an agency environment across diverse brand categories
  • Genuine engagement with creator platforms including TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, Substack, and online communities beyond follower metrics
  • Strong judgment in pairing talent to briefs in a way that feels authentic and contextually appropriate
  • Existing relationships with talent management, MCNs, and agencies, or the ability to develop them rapidly
  • Commercial understanding of fees, negotiations, and margin protection while preserving relationships
  • Confidence to present and defend recommendations in client discussions
