DREAMLABS seeks a UGC Partnerships Manager to oversee the complete creator network, linking eCommerce clients with social media talent to produce engaging content that supports performance-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and engage UGC creators on platforms like TikTok and Instagram to align with client brands and objectives
- Cultivate and sustain a roster of dependable creators, handling relationships, compensation, and agreements
- Craft precise creative briefs providing creators with comprehensive guidance for brand-aligned, effective content
- Oversee product distribution logistics to creators, monitoring shipments for prompt receipt
- Manage the entire production process including timelines, feedback, approvals, and content handover across various client projects
- Assess submitted content for compliance with briefs prior to review by creative or client teams
- Monitor creator metrics such as performance, delivery consistency, and output volume; address challenges and refine the talent pool
Qualifications
- At least two years in overseeing UGC, influencer, or creator collaborations, with agency background favored
- Excellent written communication skills for producing detailed, autonomous creative directives
- Strong organizational abilities to juggle concurrent campaigns and deadlines
- Knowledge of direct-to-consumer eCommerce and paid social advertising on Meta and TikTok
- Proficiency with project management software like Notion, Asana, or Monday
- Proactive mindset for developing and enhancing operational processes beyond routine tasks
- Adaptability to evolving responsibilities in a growing environment
- Bonus: Collaboration with performance-oriented creative groups; experience with UGC marketplaces such as Billo or JoinBrands; prior content creation or social media roles; familiarity with AI tools for scaling creator management
