NILO is seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer & Paid Media Specialist to drive brand growth in the US market through influencer partnerships, paid media campaigns on Meta and TikTok, and strategic content planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage influencers aligned with brand values across various niches
- Build and sustain relationships with creators and influencers while negotiating collaborations and campaigns
- Manage Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, including launch, optimization, performance tracking, and budget adjustments
- Collaborate with the Brand Designer on monthly content planning and creative campaign ideas for reels and TikToks
- Maintain an influencer database and ensure all creator content aligns with brand guidelines before publication
- Deliver biweekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid media, or digital marketing
- Proven experience managing Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends
- Experience coordinating influencer, creator, or UGC collaborations with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven performance strategies
- Experience planning social media content calendars or campaigns
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
