Influencer Marketing Manager role focused on developing and expanding influencer strategies to drive at least 15% of new user acquisitions for the GoMining app, integrating strategy, partnerships, analytics, and performance elements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand GoMining’s influencer marketing strategy from the ground up.
  • Identify influencer verticals, content formats, target regions, and creator categories.
  • Oversee influencer operations using platforms like impact.com, including onboarding, tracking, payments, and reporting.
  • Identify, assess, negotiate, and maintain influencer and creator relationships.
  • Handle channel budgets and track unit economics.
  • Initiate and refine campaigns on YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, podcasts, and additional platforms.
  • Experiment with formats, messaging, calls-to-action, landing pages, and conversion processes.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams for unified messaging.
  • Establish reporting and analytics for CAC, LTV, attribution, conversion rates, and creator effectiveness.
  • Expand effective partnerships and improve suboptimal campaigns.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnerships.
  • Familiarity with impact.com or comparable influencer/affiliate platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of crypto, Web3, or DeFi sectors.
  • Proficiency in attribution and analytics tools including AppsFlyer, GA4, Hotjar, One-links, and tracking systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with emphasis on performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • English at C1+ level; additional languages advantageous.
