Lead and expand a values-driven ambassador programme while building an influencer programme from the ground up for a remote, progressive dating and relationships platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scale the existing Ambassador Programme into new markets and demographics while keeping it authentic.
  • Design and launch an Influencer Programme focused on micro and mid-tier creators aligned with brand values.
  • Create recruitment, onboarding, briefing and management frameworks for both programmes.
  • Partner with brand, creative and performance teams to ensure initiatives support overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage ongoing ambassador and influencer relationships to ensure partnerships are mutually beneficial and values-aligned.
  • Track campaign performance, engagement and ROI and use insights to refine future strategy.
  • Build operational systems and processes that enable scalable yet authentic programme growth.
  • Champion community-led storytelling that amplifies the brand through authentic advocates.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building or managing ambassador and/or influencer programmes, ideally in lifestyle, community or tech sectors.
  • Existing relationships with influencers, agents and managers; proven ability to source and pitch creators.
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship-driven approach aligned with progressive, sex-positive values.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable handling multiple concurrent partnerships.
  • Data-literate with the ability to use insights to inform strategy and report outcomes.
  • Culturally aware and sensitive when working within inclusive and progressive communities.
  • Bonus: experience with micro/mid-tier influencers in niche or values-led categories; familiarity with dating, social or community apps; experience managing influencer budgets, contracts or platforms.
