Mid-senior influencer marketing manager to lead m.ph’s organic gifting and seeding program, support events and UGC initiatives, and nurture relationships with beauty creators while reporting to the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own execution of influencer gifting and seeding strategy for evergreen and product launches
  • Lead creator sourcing to build engaged, diverse influencer, VIP, makeup-artist, and tastemaker networks
  • Develop tailored outreach and targeting plans to maximize earned visibility per launch
  • Manage and mentor coordinators and interns to ensure alignment with brand objectives
  • Build and maintain comprehensive influencer and PR lists across new, emerging, and retained creators
  • Handle end-to-end outreach: communications, relationships, gifting logistics, and inbox management
  • Collaborate with Operations on mailer logistics, allocations, tracking, and delivery timelines
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with influencers, talent teams, and industry contacts
  • Support planning and on-site coordination of influencer and brand events
  • Partner on PR mailers, gifting experiences, vendor management, mood boards, and timelines
  • Source and organize influencer-generated content for organic and paid use
  • Ideate non-traditional engagement opportunities to grow earned media value
  • Track, analyze, and report influencer marketing metrics to measure and optimize performance

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years professional experience in influencer marketing, preferably beauty or fashion
  • Strong understanding of and passion for the beauty industry
  • Proven project-management skills handling multiple concurrent timelines
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain professionalism
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships, negotiations, and campaigns preferred
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred
  • Flexible, positive, collaborative attitude with a ’no task too small’ mindset
