We’re looking for a Manager of Influencer Marketing to manage the day-to-day execution of OUAI’s influencer strategy, including relationship ownership, organic campaigns, creative mailers, and events. The role involves building authentic, high-impact programming and using emerging trends to continually refine the brand’s influencer approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, event planning, PR mailers, and long-term partnership growth
- Identify and prioritize relevant partner profiles across nano, micro, and macro tiers, including hair professionals
- Support scalable partnership models such as gifting, seeding, and organic creator engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, paid media, and social teams to ensure alignment on messaging and content usage
- Manage influencer outreach from initial contact through ongoing relationship development
- Monitor and report on evergreen and gifting campaign results, including engagement, creator output, and conversion performance
- Refine outreach strategies, campaign messaging, and partnership structures based on results and insights
- Track and share key learnings and trends across campaigns to inform future strategy and improve overall program performance
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management, preferably within beauty, lifestyle, or a closely related category
- Experience using Tribe Dynamics and other influencer tracking/reporting platforms
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain creator and industry relationships
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, social, PR, and paid media teams
