Lead global social and influencer strategy for a leading womenswear brand, owning channel growth, content direction, creator partnerships and performance across multiple markets and platforms while reporting to the Global Brand Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously refine a global social and influencer strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, XHS and emerging platforms including livestreaming.
  • Define channel strategies, content pillars and growth plans aligned to brand and business objectives.
  • Spot emerging trends, platform changes and cultural moments to keep the brand differentiated and relevant.
  • Oversee social content development from ideation to optimisation, ensuring platform-native, performance-driven storytelling and consistent brand voice.
  • Build and scale a global influencer and creator strategy, managing relationships across key markets and creating campaign frameworks, briefings and playbooks.
  • Serve as global brand guardian, partnering with local markets (SG, HK, PH, ID, MY) to align campaigns while preserving local nuance.
  • Track, analyse and optimise social and influencer performance, define KPIs and reporting frameworks, and foster a test-and-learn culture.
  • Lead a lean global social and influencer team and champion a social-first mindset across Brand, CRM, Performance Marketing and Commercial functions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media and influencer management, ideally in a fast-paced or global environment, with managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong project management, multitasking and execution skills; able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Performance-driven mindset with analytical acumen and fluency in data, reporting and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving skills and a hunger for results.
  • High degree of professionalism, work ethic and keen attention to detail.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing and content creation best practices.
  • Proficiency in video-editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or CapCut); comfort being on camera.
  • Photography, videography and basic graphic design experience is a plus.
