Birdman seeks an Influencer Marketing & PR Analyst for the US market to drive brand visibility and cultural relevance via influencer partnerships and public relations efforts, supporting the company’s expansion in plant-based foods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement US influencer marketing strategies that align with overall brand and market entry goals.
  • Establish creator profiles, tiers, and partnership models to advance brand awareness and positioning.
  • Oversee full-cycle influencer campaigns, from briefing and negotiation to execution, content delivery, and results assessment.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust network of creators across various platforms and communities.
  • Manage PR activities such as product seeding, launch events, and brand activations.
  • Spot opportunities for earned media like organic shoutouts, product integrations, and timely cultural tie-ins.
  • Conduct negotiations with influencers to secure mutually beneficial partnerships that meet brand objectives.
  • Handle agreements, outputs, schedules, and regulatory compliance, including FTC standards.
  • Partner with social media teams to promote influencer-generated content through organic and paid efforts.
  • Select top-performing content for integration into broader marketing channels like user-generated content, advertising, websites, and emails.
  • Monitor current trends, formats, and discussions on US platforms.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness using metrics for awareness, engagement, reach, and brand influence.
  • Produce detailed reports featuring insights, key takeaways, and actionable suggestions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced or native level for both speaking and writing.
  • 4–6 years in influencer marketing, PR, brand partnerships, or comparable positions.
  • Demonstrated work with US-based influencers and creators.
  • Prior involvement in brand introductions or initial market expansion phases (preferred).
  • Experience in lifestyle, wellness, food and beverage, or culture-focused brands (advantageous).
  • Expertise in managing influencer relationships and negotiations.
  • Knowledge of PR tactics and earned media strategies.
  • Analytical approach to performance evaluation and optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools like Upfluence, GRIN, CreatorIQ, Traackr, or equivalents.
  • Solid grasp of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and rising platforms.
  • Proficiency in overseeing contracts, deliverables, and project timelines.
