The Influencer Marketing Analyst position at Birdman focuses on developing, implementing, and optimizing partnerships with influencers, creators, and culturally aligned profiles in Mexico to boost brand visibility, engagement, and preference for plant-based food products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Identify, select, and manage creators with strong brand alignment based on metrics, objectives, and product lines.
- Build long-term relationships with key influencers, ambassadors, and strategic profiles.
- Create campaign briefs, content guidelines, and clear directives for collaborators.
- Negotiate fees, deliverables, and usage rights with creators, managers, and agencies.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns and collaborations, from briefing to publication and closure.
- Monitor posts in real-time to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, tone, and communication objectives.
- Partner with social media teams to amplify user-generated content across organic and paid channels.
- Organize experiences, activations, and events with creators.
- Maintain a segmented and strategic database of creators.
- Evaluate, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations.
- Track cultural and digital trends, industry campaigns, and emerging platforms to spot opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, Public Relations, or related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or digital marketing roles.
- Proven experience in influencer campaigns in Mexico, covering micro, mid-tier, macro influencers, and celebrities.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiating with creators, managers, or agencies, and managing budgets.
- Preferably experience with consumer brands, retail, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ, Upfluence, or Grin.
- Expertise in analyzing social media and digital marketing metrics.
- Understanding of KPIs, customer funnels, and attribution models.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and brand judgment skills.
- Budget management and data visualization using tools like PowerPoint, Google Data Studio, or Excel.
- Familiarity with contracts, usage rights, and Mexican advertising regulations.
