We seek a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to manage creator partnerships and campaign performance for a portfolio of global beauty technology brands, driving awareness, traffic and revenue through strategic influencer activity on major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full influencer marketing lifecycle from identification and outreach to content approval and performance evaluation.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, agencies and talent managers while negotiating commercial terms that deliver strong ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address influencer and affiliate requirements.
  • Align influencer initiatives with product launches and celebrity collaborations to maximise exposure.
  • Monitor, report and present campaign insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify new creator opportunities to expand reach and commercial impact.
  • Track performance against KPIs including sign-ups, traffic, engagement and sales.
  • Adapt campaigns for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, optimising for platform-specific audiences.
  • Recommend process improvements to heighten campaign efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social media or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success managing influencer campaigns from outreach through execution, reporting and optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and how influencer activity supports brand and commercial goals.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies and stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen: reviewing proposals, negotiating contracts and managing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organised with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns and shifting priorities.
  • Confident communicator able to engage both internally and externally.
  • Creative thinker who spots partnership opportunities and guides content creation.
  • Comfortable using influencer platforms, analytics and reporting tools.
  • Genuine interest in beauty, wellness, social media and creator culture.
  • Desirable: background in beauty, skincare or consumer brands; international creator experience; knowledge of affiliate and emerging social trends.
