We seek a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to manage creator partnerships and campaign performance for a portfolio of global beauty technology brands, driving awareness, traffic and revenue through strategic influencer activity on major social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full influencer marketing lifecycle from identification and outreach to content approval and performance evaluation.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, agencies and talent managers while negotiating commercial terms that deliver strong ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address influencer and affiliate requirements.
- Align influencer initiatives with product launches and celebrity collaborations to maximise exposure.
- Monitor, report and present campaign insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Identify new creator opportunities to expand reach and commercial impact.
- Track performance against KPIs including sign-ups, traffic, engagement and sales.
- Adapt campaigns for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, optimising for platform-specific audiences.
- Recommend process improvements to heighten campaign efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social media or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated success managing influencer campaigns from outreach through execution, reporting and optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and how influencer activity supports brand and commercial goals.
- Proven ability to build relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies and stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen: reviewing proposals, negotiating contracts and managing budgets for maximum ROI.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Highly organised with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns and shifting priorities.
- Confident communicator able to engage both internally and externally.
- Creative thinker who spots partnership opportunities and guides content creation.
- Comfortable using influencer platforms, analytics and reporting tools.
- Genuine interest in beauty, wellness, social media and creator culture.
