The Relationship Manager joins the Relationships team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support social-first influencer, creator and advocacy campaigns. The role focuses on discovering, engaging and managing talent while collaborating with internal teams to deliver campaigns that meet client goals and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators and influential voices across platforms and sectors
  • Research, identify and verify creators for campaign briefs, ensuring strategic fit, brand safety and cultural relevance
  • Manage outreach, negotiations, briefing, follow-ups and ongoing relationship maintenance in a timely, professional manner
  • Support the planning and delivery of influencer and creator campaigns from brief through to execution and wrap-up
  • Coordinate creator deliverables, content requirements, timelines, approvals and live dates
  • Assist with event and activation planning where creator attendance is needed
  • Track budgets, creator costs and third-party spend, ensuring approvals are secured before commitments
  • Administer legal agreements, usage rights, contracts and creator documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, approvals, costs and deliverables
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Strategy, Insight, Creative, Design, Production and Project Management teams

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years’ experience in influencer management, creator partnerships, account handling, social media, PR, talent management or similar agency/client-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer and creator landscape, platform behaviours, emerging talent and content formats
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and stakeholders
  • Experience handling budgets, invoices, contracts, approvals and campaign documentation
  • Attention to detail and calm, professional approach under pressure
  • Good understanding of social platforms and social-first content
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and team-first attitude
  • Desirable: experience in a creative, social, digital, PR or integrated agency; managing creator activity for events or activations; knowledge of paid social, content usage rights and disclosure requirements; familiarity with Basecamp, Workbook or BreatheHR
