Lead Graza’s social media and influencer efforts by directing strategy, content, partnerships, and community activations to increase brand visibility and engagement while managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social-first content strategies and calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Define and manage influencer and creator programs, including talent campaigns, VIP gifting, and in-person activations.
- Oversee community engagement initiatives and evergreen seeding programs in collaboration with the Community Manager.
- Manage the monthly social and influencer marketing budget and optimize spend against brand priorities.
- Report performance insights to cross-functional stakeholders and extend social impact across other marketing channels.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of three in all content creation, filming, editing, and influencer communications.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in social, content, or influencer marketing, including at least 2 years in-house at a consumer brand.
- Minimum 1 year of people-management experience.
- Proven ability to manage meaningful social and influencer budgets with resourcefulness.
- Strong communicator experienced working with external partners, vendors, and agencies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and equally creative and strategic.
- Collaborative team player with a clear POV on effective social and influencer programs.
